°. Del Comisario General . El Estado colombiano, para cada exposición internacional oficialmente registrada o exposición internacional oficialmente reconocida por la Oficina Internacional de Exposiciones en la que el Gobierno decida participar, tendrá un Comisario General en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 15 de la “Convención referente a las Exposiciones Internacionales, su Protocolo y el Protocolo de firma”, suscrita en París, República Francesa, el 22 de noviembre de 1928. El Comisario General será designado por decreto para cada exposición en particular.
