Article 3

Se Expedirá Pasaporte Diplomático Al Cónyuge, Al Compañero O Compañera Permanente De Quien Tenga Derecho A Este Pasaporte De Acuerdo Con El Artículo Anterior, Excepto Los De Los Numerales Iv Y Viii

º Se expedirá pasaporte diplomático al cónyuge, al compañero o compañera permanente de quien tenga derecho a este pasaporte de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, excepto los de los numerales IV y VIII.

Parágrafo

A los extranjeros, casados con los funcionarios a los que se refiere el numeral VII del artículo anterior, se les podrá expedir pasaporte diplomático, siempre y cuando vayan a residir en el país donde aquél esté acreditado y dejando constancia que esto no constituye reconocimiento de la nacionalidad colombiana.
