Auméntase a nueve el número de miembros de que debe componerse la Junta creada por el artículo 1.° del decreto número 469 de 11 de octubre último, sobre distribución de ausilios a las poblaciones que han sufrido por causa de la langosta en el Estado del Cauca. Los cuatro vocales nuevos de que se trata serán ciudadanos particulares.
