En la Dirección General de Aduanas y en las aduanas que tengan partida para todas, para ello en el Presupuesto, habrá laboratorio para el análisis de la mercancía. Estos laboratorios estarán a cargo de técnicos nombrados por el Director General, los cuales serán responsables del correcto análisis de toda mercancía sometida a su examen.
