Artículo quinto. Adoptada alguna de las formas de inversión de que trata el artículo primero de este Decreto, las entidades parcelaras o colonizadoras dispondrán de un plazo de cuatro meses para presentar al Ministerio de Agricultura sus proyectos de parcelación o colonización.
