En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se incluirá una partida de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) como contribución nacional para dicha campaña en el año de 1937. En los Presupuestos de los años siguientes se incluirá en cada vigencia una partida de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000) con el mismo objeto hasta completar un periodo de ocho años.
