Artículo primero . A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, suprimense los cargos de Contacdor y Secretario de Comisiones de Estudios y Proyectos de Carreteras Nacionales y Preparador de Copias, dependientes del Departamento de Diseños, de la División de Carreteras Nacionales, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, creados, respectivamente por los Decretos números 1240 de 1954 y 0893 de 1951.
