al artículo 33 del Decreto 416 de 2007, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo Unico

Para el caso de los proyectos de inversión prioritarios definidos en los artículos 14 y 15 de la Ley 141 de 1994, que involucren operaciones de crédito público externo para su financiamiento, las entidades beneficiarias de los recursos de regalías y compensaciones podrán mantenerlos en depósito por un término fijo que no genere rendimientos financieros, en las condiciones fijadas por la autoridad cambiaria y monetaria respectiva.
