Definiciones: Para los efectos del presente Título se deberán tener en cuenta las siguientes definiciones

Transacción. Se entenderá por transacción la transferencia de recursos, servicios u obligaciones entre el establecimiento de crédito y sus vinculados, independientemente de si se cobra un precio.

Conflicto de interés. Se entenderá por conflicto de interés aquella situación que surge o puede surgir para una o más personas que puedan tomar decisiones, o incidir en la adopción de las mismas, cuando se identifiquen intereses contrarios e incompatibles respecto de un acto o negocio en el establecimiento de crédito.
