Artículo primero. El límite cuantitativo señalado al subsidio familiar en el artículo 40 del Decreto Legislativo número 3135 del 26 de diciembre de 1968, no se aplicara a las personas que venían percibiendo por el citado concepto una suma superior a dicho límite, antes de entrar en vigencia la referida norma legal. Con relación a estas personas, el subsidio familiar comprenderá también a los hijos que nazcan con posterioridad al 26 de diciembre de 1968, pero dentro de la época señalada en el artículo 92 del Código Civil, circunstancia esta deberá comprobarse plenamente por parte del beneficiario y que se tendrá en cuenta al liquidar y pagar al correspondiente subsidio.
