Los créditos a constructores que otorguen el Banco Central Hipotecario y las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda, en desarrollo de los proyectos específicos previstos en el numeral 7º del artículo 2º del Decreto 1059 de 1983 para la construcción de soluciones habitacionales con destino a afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, no estarán sometidos a las limitaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto.
