Artículo octavo . Los objetivos y los contenidos de los programas para las asignaturas de que trata el presente Decreto serán elaborados por el ICCE a través de las Unidades de su Subgerencia Pedagógica. Igualmente, la evaluación de dichos programas y las modificaciones que se hicieren necesarias como resultado de este proceso, serán funciones del ICCE.
