Declárase de utilidad pública la adquisición de las edificaciones mencionadas en el artículo anterior. El Personero Municipal de Bogotá procederá a la compra o expropiación, si fuere el caso, de dichos inmuebles, con destino a la Nación, de acuerdo con las prescripciones de la Ley 1.ª de 1943.
