Art. 127. El Instituto Salesiano tiene por objeto formar jóvenes obreros dedicados a las artes manuales. En este establecimiento se admitirán de preferencia hijos de familia de artesanos pobres; también pueden admitirse niños pobres de solemnidad a cuyos padres no les sea dable procurarles educación.
