Para operar como transportador marítimo privado el interesado deberá elevar solicitud ante el Director General Marítimo y Portuario, indicando las características técnicas de la nave que pretende adquirir, la descripción detallada de la clase de mercaderías que pretende transportar y los volúmenes que espera movilizar por mes y por año.
