Las reclusas no pueden tener consigo a sus hijos, sino esta que estos cumplan la edad de tres años, y durante este tiempo tendrán dormitorios separados de los demás. Cumplida tal edad, se entregaran los menores a quien legalmente corresponda y en su defecto, a la persona que indique la madre o a la institución de beneficencia o de asistencia social más apropiada.
