Designación de representantes de los sectores. Salvo el caso de la representación de las entidades territoriales, la designación de los representantes de los diferentes sectores se hará a título personal. En caso de falta absoluta de la persona designada, el Presidente de la República decidirá si hace una nueva designación con base en las ternas presentadas o si dispone que se presenten nuevas ternas por las entidades del correspondiente sector.

Parágrafo

Estos Representantes al Consejo Nacional de Planeación no podrán delegar su participación.
