Articulo 8 º Las liquidaciones de las cuotas patronales que los Fondos para el Transporte efectúen, prestarán mérito ejecutivo, y se harán efectivas por los Recaudadores de Ejecuciones Fiscales Nacionales quienes ejercitarán para ello la jurisdicción coactiva de que están investidos. Será título suficiente la liquidación firmada por el Gerente. Las sumas así recaudadas deberán ser consignadas directamente en las Cajas de los Fondos para el Transporte.
