Duración del proceso de concertación . Para concertar la tarifa de que trata el presente capítulo, la sociedad de gestión colectiva concernida y las asociaciones y organizaciones de usuarios, dispondrán del término de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha en que la primera haga conocer la propuesta tarifaria, en los términos del artículo precedente.
