Con la finalidad de controlar los precios que se hubieren establecido, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio podrá exigir a los productores de bienes o a los proveedores, que dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la respectiva decisión de modificación de los precios, le envíen la lista de precios generales y específicos de venta al público vigente en los últimos doce (12) meses anteriores a dicha exigencia.
