° Las partidas votadas por los Concejos Municipales y aquellas con las cuales auxilien los Departamentos. la formación del censo civil, serán consignadas en las fechas que indique el Contralor General en las Administraciones o Recaudaciones de Hacienda Nacional respectivas; serán apropiadas como ingresos en el Presupuesto Nacional, y con cargo a ellas girará el Contralor General por los gastos correspondientes.
