° Los gastos de fiscalización que según el artículo 10 de la Ley 151 de 1959 deben pagar las entidades descentralizadas serán fijados antes del último día de abril del respectivo año mediante resolución del Contralor General de la República, con base en los costos del servicio, calculados según la planta de personal y las asignaciones de la respectiva auditoria, refrendada por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
