El funcionario podrá renunciar en cualquier momento a su situación de disponibilidad para reintegrarse al cargo que desempeñaba, o, si éste hubiere sido provisto por necesidades del servicio, a otro de la misma categoría en la cual se halla escalafonado dentro de la Carrera. En caso de renuncia a la disponibilidad el funcionario deberá comunicar al Ministerio, con un mes de antelación, la fecha a partir de la cual desea reintegrarse al servicio.
