El presente capítulo tiene como objeto adoptar la Política Pública Nacional de Envejecimiento y Vejez 2022 - 2031 contenida en el Anexo Técnico 3 que hace parte integral del presente acto administrativo, disponer la formulación del Plan Nacional de Acción Intersectorial de la Política Nacional de Envejecimiento y Vejez, y la creación del Observatorio Nacional de Envejecimiento y Vejez.
