En caso de incapacidad comprobada para desempeñar sus labores, ocasionada por enfermedad no profesional, el trabajador tiene derecho a que el {empleador} le pague un auxilio monetario hasta por ciento ochenta (180) días, así: las dos terceras (2/3) partes del salario durante los primeros noventa (90) días y la mitad del salario por el tiempo restante.
