Con imputación al Presupuesto de gastos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas en la presente y en la próxima vigencia, y de acuerdo con la Ley 122 de 1913, destínase la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000) para auxiliar a los colombianos damnificados por causa de las inundaciones que se han producido en el presente año en varios puntos de la República.
