El inciso b) del artículo 67 del Código Fiscal se reforma así:
"Si el ocupante tiene encerrado el terreno con cercas firmes y permanentes, adquiere derecho a la adjudicación gratuita de lo cercado, siempre que no pase de dos mil quinientas (2,500) hectáreas, y que conserve efectivamente ocupado el terreno con ganados, en la proporción que fije el Gobierno."
