Entiéndese por plasmaféresis el procedimiento mediante el cual, previo el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto, se extrae de un donante sangre total, con el objeto de hacer la separación física del plasma y reinfundir el concentrado de células sanguíneas, al respectivo donante.
