º . Para efectos del presente decreto, se entenderá que el Transportador en las Interconexiones Internacionales es la persona jurídica nacional o extranjera, que prestará el servicio de transporte a través de una Interconexión Internacional de Gas Natural, y para todos los efectos será el responsable por la construcción, operación, administración y mantenimiento de la infraestructura, así como de la calidad, confiabilidad y continuidad en la prestación del servicio.
