Artículo noveno. A los agentes viajeros de cualquier país que vengan al territorio nacional, ocasionalmente, o de tránsito, con el objeto de vender artículos extranjeros, tendrán en Colombia los mismos derechos y garantías que en la nación correspondiente se reconozcan a los agentes viajeros del comercio colombiano; y se les otorgará licencia hasta por 120 días para ejercer s profesión, la que será expedida por la Cámara de comercio de la ciudad a donde llegue, quien enviará copia de cada licencia al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
