El Gobierno nacional y el Congreso de la República rendirán honores a la memoria de Francisco José de Caldas, en acto especial, en la fecha y hora que la Mesa Directiva del honorable Senado de la República determine. A dicho acto asistirán los Ministros de Defensa, Educación, Cultura, Industria y Comercio y se invitará al señor Presidente de la República.
