SUSTITUCION PENSIONAL. Las pensiones de invalidez consagradas en el presente Decreto, se sustituirán en los términos previstos por los Decretos 2728 de 1968, 1305 de 1975 y los Estatutos de Carrera de Oficiales, Suboficiales y Agentes de las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional y normas que los modifiquen o adicionen.
