Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción, menos en lo relativo a las reuniones del Concejo. En esta materia la presente Ley comenzará a regir el 1° de noviembre de 1927. Mientras tanto el Concejo Municipal se reunirá en los días y las veces que disponga su reglamento.
