Avería o inutilización culposa de buque, aeronave, carro de combate o medio de transporte colectivo de la Fuerza Pública. El comandante, oficial de guardia o quien autorizadamente haga sus veces, que por culpa realice las conductas descritas en el artículo anterior, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a tres (3) años.
