Ley 1090 de 2006 · por la cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de Psicología, se dicta el Código Deontológico y Bioético y otras disposiciones.

Al rendir descargos, el profesional de psicología implicado por sí mismo o a través de su representante legal, podrá aportar y solicitar al Tribunal Departamental Bioético de Psicología las pruebas que considere convenientes para su defensa, las que se decretarán siempre y cuando fueren conducentes, pertinentes y necesarias.

De oficio, la sala probatoria del Tribunal Departamental Bioético de Psicología podrá decretar y practicar las pruebas que considere necesarias y las demás que estime conducentes, las cuales se deberán practicar dentro del término de veinte (20) días hábiles.
