Del Decreto 1912 Del 19 De Septiembre De 1973, A Los Empleados Que Hubieren Estado Prestando Sus Servicios Al Departamento Administrativo De Aeronáutica Civil El 1° De Junio De 1973 Que Continuaren Prestándolos A La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto, Y Que Fueren Incorporados A La Planta De Personal, El Tiempo Para El Reconocimiento De La Prima De Antigüedad Se Les Computará A Partir De La Mencionada Fecha

Artículo tercero. De conformidad con el

Parágrafo

del artículo 6° del Decreto 1912 del 19 de septiembre de 1973, a los empleados que hubieren estado prestando sus servicios al Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil el 1° de junio de 1973 que continuaren prestándolos a la vigencia del presente Decreto, y que fueren incorporados a la planta de personal, el tiempo para el Reconocimiento de la prima de antigüedad se les computará a partir de la mencionada fecha. Para los demás, se contará a partir de la fecha de su posesión.
