El artículo 215 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, quedará así:
Artículo 215. SUSTENTACION OBLIGATORIA DEL RECURSO DE APELACION. Quien haya interpuesto el recurso de apelación debe sustentarlo. Si no lo hace, el funcionario lo declara desierto mediante providencia de sustentación contra la cual procede el recurso de reposición.
