Tendrán Derecho A Percibir Certificados De Desarrollo Turístico, En Las Condiciones Establecidas En El Presente Decreto, Quienes Con Fines Turísticos

º. Tendrán derecho a percibir certificados de desarrollo turístico, en las condiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto, quienes con fines turísticos

a)

Inviertan en nuevos hoteles u hosterías, o en ampliación o mejoras sustanciales de los existentes, y

b)

Exploten económicamente tales inversiones. Un mismo contribuyente puede tener derecho a percibir certificados por ambos conceptos.
