La Junta del Instituto de Crédito Territorial reglamentará la emisión de bonos que debe hacer para los efectos de que trata, y también todo lo relativo a la suscripción, servicio y amortización de esos bonos e inversión del producto de los mismos, este último con sujeción a las normas generales de la presente ley.
