Agrupamiento del personal . El personal de las naves y artefactos navales y el que ejerce profesiones, oficios u ocupaciones conexas con las actividades marítimas, fluviales, lacustres y portuarias que se desempeñan en tierra, se agrupa en

a)

Personal de mar;

b)

Personal de tierra de la marina mercante. CAPITULO II. Personal de mar.
