Los vehículos al servicio de una Misión Diplomática, de un Organismo Internacional u Oficina de Ayuda Técnica, de propiedad del respectivo Gobierno o entidad, no podrán venderse en franquicia sino después de un término de cuatro años, contados a partir de la fecha de su ingreso al país. Si por cualquier causa se solicitare y aprobare su venta antes del término mencionado, deberán satisfacerse los impuestos exonerados.
