De la competencia. Las actividades del ejercicio profesional definidas en el artículo anterior, se entienden como propias de la optometría, exceptuando específicamente los tratamientos quirúrgicos convencionales y con rayo Láser y demás procedimientos invasivos, sin perjuicio de las competencias para el ejercicio de otras profesiones y especialidades de la salud, legítimamente establecidas en las áreas que les corresponden.
