Los servicios médicos, quirúrgicos, farmacéuticos, hospitalarios y afines, están destinados a la atención de las enfermedades y accidentes comunes del personal con derecho a ellos. La atención de la de los enfermos de tuberculosis o lepra, en sus formas de aislamiento, estará a cargo del Ministerio de Defensa y se prestará en los lugares autorizados por el Ministerio de salud.
