º. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía en asocio con sus entidades adscritas o vinculadas a quienes corresponda el manejo de recursos mineros, organizará un sistema de prevención de riesgos y control de las explotaciones mineras que permita adelantar las investigaciones necesarias para lograr los fines anteriores y mantener actualizada la información sobre el cumplimiento de los reglamentos de seguridad en las labores mineras.
