El personal que presta el servicio de aseo y conserjería en el Palacio de Justicia, Consejo de Estado, Procuraduría, Juzgados Permanentes, de Instrucción y de Policía, así como los choferes del Cuerpo Auxiliar de la Rama Jurisdiccional, pasan a depender del Ministerio de Justicia. El Ministro queda facultado para contratar los servicios necesarios para el enlucimiento, reparaciones y aseo de los edificios que ocupen sus dependencias, Las oficinas de la Rama Jurisdiccional, Ministerio Publico, etc.
