Fondo de Cooperación y Asistencia Internacional . El Fondo de Cooperación y Asistencia Internacional, creado mediante la Ley 318 de 1996, funcionará como una cuenta especial, sin personería jurídica, de la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social, con el objeto de apoyar las acciones de cooperación técnica y financiera no reembolsable y de asistencia internacional que Colombia realice con otros países en desarrollo.
