Del suministro de fondos por la entidad contratante. De acuerdo con el presupuesto y las condiciones que se establezcan en el contrato, la entidad contratante suministrará al contratista los fondos necesarios para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones, Dichos fondos serán manejados por el administrador delegado bajo su propia responsabilidad y de ellos rendirá cuenta a la entidad respectiva y a la Contraloría General de la República.
