Unidad de Caja. Habrá unidad de caja. Con los ingresos que se obtenga se formara un acervo común contra el cual se cubrirán todos los gastos incluidos en las apropiaciones del presupuesto. A los recursos del crédito que deba amortizar el Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales se le llevará una cuenta especial de contabilidad sin que esto signifique una separación de Fondos.
