º . Régimen de Transición. A partir del 1º de mayo de 1995 ningún establecimiento podrá prestar servicios de salud si no cuenta con la licencia de funcionamiento. Las entidades que al iniciarse la vigencia del presente Decreto cuenten con licencias sanitarias de funcionamiento expedida con sustento en normas anteriores se someterán al nuevo proceso al término de la vigencia de la licencia que actualmente posean.
