Para efectos de prestaciones sociales la cesantía que corresponda se liquidará sobre el excedente de los tiempos determinados en él artículo anterior, y si el Oficial no los tuviere, según el caso, la liquidación se hará sobre los años de servicio que hubiere prestado.
